We understand that you have a busy life. That is why every time that you come in to workout at Performance Fitness, you will have at least one personal trainer or coach with you. Our personal trainers and coaches help to guide you through your workouts and on the path to health and fitness. This is done in order to make sure that you get the maximum amount of results in the shortest amount of time possible.
That being said, there are other personal trainers, bootcamps, Crossfit boxes, health clubs, and gyms in Edwardsville and Glen Carbon that put an emphasis on completing an entire workout in 30 minutes or less. (Those workouts are ok to be performed every once in while. They should not be done on an every day occurrence though.)
